rejected Tuesday reported remarks by a Thai minister that Cambodian
Muslims were working as mercenaries in Thailand's restive south.
"This is an assumption by some people while the country faces fighting in the south," he told Cambodia Express News (CEN), an affiliate of The Cambodia Herald.
He added that such assertions reflected the "weakness" of Thai authorities. "They should not make such declarations. If they suspect someone, they should start investigating and look for evidence," the minister said,

Prime Minister Hun Sen said earlier that Muslims in Cambodia were living in peace and had no need to work as mercenaries in southern Thailand.
On Monday, the Bangkok Post quoted Thai Defense Minister Yuthasak Sasiprapa as saying that Cambodia should ban Cambodian Muslims from heading for southern Thailand.
Thailand has been fighting a Muslim insurgency in the south for many years.

Please remembered, all Cambodian born and Cambodian citizen has the same right without censuring of their background or believes.
There is NO REASON for Chams to go to Thailand, especially go to southern Thailand. Why do they want to go there? Get brainwashed ? If you want to live in Cambodia, stay inside Cambodia, don't go to Thailand to get training.
I hope Khmer Muslim do helps the Muslim in South Thailand to put a hurt to Thai arrogant. Cham had been treated good in Cambodia but Cham inside Thailand had been mistreated by Thai for centuries. So only natural that Khmer Cham with military knoweledges to helps their brothers and sisters. Although I DO NOT supported terrorist tactics but I DO supported attacking Thai police and military targets.
I hope that doesn't happen u never know maybe they get brainwash and attack us. If the southern insurgency bale come successful for the Thai chams sooner or later we may follow suit just why happen in Burma as well. And our chams are already been infiltrated by "generous" Muslim from wahabhist sects
