PHNOM PENH, (Cambodia Herald) - Prime Minister Hun Sen said Wednesday
that his marathon speech to the National Assembly about Vietnam border
issues last week would be published in Khmer and English.
"I wasn’t tired during the five-hour speech. It was enough, but there were a lot of topics that had to be covered," he told a graduation ceremony of Build Bright University at Koh Pich Center.
Hun Sen said he did not want to react to those who continued to criticize government over the border issue.

All i got from that 5 hours and 20 minutes speech from the Khmer Rouge commander was that he propose to erect all borders posts between Vietnam and Khmer and plans on replacing the border posts with casinos.

If the Red book is about Communist ideology like Mao Tse Tong doctrine,i won't wasted my time reading it.I already knew that during Chinese's revolution by Chairman Mao killed about 65 millions people.During K.R revolution killed about 3 millions khmers,that including Cpp Hun men's regime today.
