PHNOM PENH, Cambodia — He’s no
Castro or Chavez, but Asia’s longest serving ruler has set what appears
to be a personal record for longest public speech: 5 hours and 20
minutes.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen spoke to the lower house of
parliament in a nationally televised speech Thursday that was mandatory
viewing for civil servants.
Government spokesman Khieu Kanharith said he believed it was Hun Sen’s longest speech in 27 years as prime minister.
Hun
Sen, 61, spoke without taking breaks — or questions — mostly on
sensitive border disputes with Vietnam. He blamed France, the former
colonial ruler of both countries, for not clearly demarcating the
border.
Politicians often use the border issue to stir nationalism and garner support, and Hun Sen is seeking re-election in 2013.
His
speech was far from the lengthiest among world leaders. Former Cuban
leader Fidel Castro frequently made five-hour speeches outdoors in the
hot Caribbean sun in his heyday.
And Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez spoke for nine hours in his state-of-the-nation speech in January.

Did you gentlemen understand anything Hun Sen speeches. I don't buy anything he said. I don't buy blaming France for Youn took our border areas and many islands and sea areas. Anyone who signed the border treaties 1982, 1985, 1998, 2005 are all traitors. When one day Khmer able to get a real independent from Youn. We must arrest those who signed these illegal treaties to Cambodia enemies. Viets will never abandon the ideas of annex all of Cambodia.

Only gullible Cambodian believe that Vietnamese would stop encroach on Cambodia territories. Viets will annex of Cambodia through population illegal and legal immigration. We are still gullible to believe that they will respect our border after border markers are install. Viets will look for other way in.
It was a wasting time to speak and lash out at other people, without allowing to ask question. This orchestrated session arranged by the CPP-National Assembly showed that there s no democracy in Cambodia. It clearly showed and confirmed that CAMBODIA is ruled by a Dictator and the communist CPP which are stealing everything in Cambodia, including fuel (quantity), Electricit, and water (manipulated power and water counter).
Hun sen, castro, chavez, kim joung il, all are ill.
Khmer leaders: parents that steal from their kids to make them look good around his or her friends. What a pitties we are!!!! = Khmer society as of now and maybe forever. And more repeated histories. But i find that CPP supporters often repeat comments by using copy and paste.

We have 2 big dictators in Latin America- Castro of Cuba and Chavez of Venezuela. We have 2 biggest dictators in Asia- Hun Sen and Kim Jong-un of North Korea.
All of these dictators will fall at the same time.
Kim Jong-Un is a dictator but he work to protect his country from invaders.
Hun Sen is a coward dictator workings with invaders and obeyed every command the Vietnamese wants.
Hun Sen concede the Khmer land to Vietnam for over 32 years, but the CPP dogs accuses others of giving false information.

-Hun sen can't face his boss Hanoi,let Yuon takes any land they want,for example Heng Samrin's village,without a fight.
My conclusion:Kim jung Un is smarter than Hun sen 1000%. Latin America Chavez and Castro also smarter than Hun sen,because these (2) challenge almighty America for long time,Chavez even called G.Bush junior a demon.Hun sen is cowardly with our enemy Yuon but braves to destroyed Khmers and his nation for our old abversay-Yuon,thatwise,I don't understand him.
