Cambodian prime minister takes no breaks or questions in 5-hour speech to parliament [I said he will lecture the parliament for 4 hours non-stop, and I was right!]

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia — Asia’s longest serving ruler has set what appears to be a personal record for his longest public speech: 5 hours and 20 minutes.
Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen spoke to the lower house of parliament in a nationally televised speech Thursday that was mandatory viewing for civil servants.
Government spokesman Khieu Kanharith said he believed it was Hun Sen’s longest speech in 27 years as prime minister.
Hun Sen, 61, spoke without taking breaks — or questions — mostly on sensitive border disputes with Vietnam. He blamed France, the former colonial ruler of both countries, for not clearly demarcating the border.
Hun Sen has said he will seek re-election in 2013. The border issue is often used by politicians to stir nationalism and garner political support.

If the colonial ruler (France) don't marked border right. It does not means that Hun sen has the right to signed away khmers land and pointing finger on others.

Why Hun sen let Yuon Hanoi gets uper hands if the border wasn't marked clearly? How about the map that deposited at UN? Why don't go with that map? That's map is old and proof that than like Heng Samrin's village was belong to Khmer.

Well, traitor always find someone to blames for his mistook, because of Yuon Hanoi spare life live in 1978 defection from K.R.That was down payment/gratitude payment for not killing him.

France did put many border posts along the Khmer-Viet border, but the Viet moved them deep inside Khmer territories.

France was more generous to Cambodge. Svay Rieng province could have ben giving youns. Well, if France didn't come soon enough, Youns could have swallowed Cambodia already.

If France didnt come to Cambodia and protected Cambodia in the 1800, Cambodia would now be called Nam Vang, gone like our former city Prey Norkor.

France also created the 1991 Peace Paris Agreement Act to stop the illegal land encroachment, but AH Kwak keeps denying the Paris Agreement Act signed by 11 international countries, and continues to conceede Khmer land to Youn.

SO Who is a Khmer traitor, the French in the 1800? or AH Kwak for the past 32 years of giving away our Khmer land to Youn?

The problem with the French is they did a sloppy job on the border issues. They just make draw a line and whoever wanted to move it they could. All France wanted was control, it didn't give a fack about Cambodian territory.
