PHNOM PENH, 17 July 2012 (Cambodia Herald) - A high-ranking
parliamentary delegation led by National Assembly President Heng Samrin
will visit Vietnam from July 20 to 25, Vietnam News reported Tuesday.
The report said the official friendship visit was at the invitation of Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Sinh Hung.
The announcement in Hanoi came a day after Heng Samrin and Senate Second Vice President Tep Ngon met Tran Van Hang, chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly's External Relations Committee.
Hang is visiting Cambodia from July 14 to 19. During the meeting Monday, he was quoted as saying that "Vietnam always attaches importance and gives top priority to the consolidation and development of the sound neighbourly and traditional friendship and comprehensive co-operation between Vietnam and Cambodia."

Good news or bad news when this Cpp traitor come back home!!!! Better be good news....! Hanoi is questioning how patriotism were Heng Samrin or Hun cent ? That is why Yuon took the town is belong to a big dog,to see if the big dog bites of just barks!!! Next Hanoi will takes a whole country (Kampuchea ) because Yuon knows that these big dogs (Hun&Heng) will not bites or barks......Let see how it play out.....

These two big dogs Hun/Heng can not barks or bites,they were scared of their owner(Hanoi) takes the bone (power)back from its mouth.These two dogs Hun/Heng afraid of losing the bone from its mouth,they let Yuon takes anything Yuon's wanted,that including ceded khmer's land to Yuon against its conscience as K.R patriotism.
Hey!Sir,Kmenhwatt,you're right, if Yuon can takes Heng Samrin town without any resistant from big dog himself,Yuon knows that ,Yuon can takes any pieces of land in Srok Khmer now without any problems or perhaps a whole country.
The big dog Hun trying bites the big dog Heng because of disagreement about land ceding to their boss Hanoi,these top dogs were bussied bites each other to defense their own personal's bones(powers) instead of bites or defend intruders (Yuon) from get our land.Shame to both of these top dogs (Hun&Heng) for not barks or bites the intruders Yuon.
How can you make friend with someone whom steal from you? In this case Yuon always stole from Khmer! Heng Samrin must not have anything in his head to used by his friend like this,especially his ancestor's land for many generations.

Youn they afraid that after Mr.Sam Rainsy & Mr. Kem Sokha both merged or united together,recently.So that,they know these two parties are powered in order to battle with Cpp'puppet gov.That is the reason why Youn have asked Heng Samrin, president of National Assembly, is to getting some more advise from them to set up a new strategy before the new opposition jointly parties organized . Since those two dogs (Hun&Heng) leashed up by Han Noi they have no choice. In reality is youn calling them to getting more game to play with the two merged parties that they thought it would be powerful over Cpp.
These two dogs [Hun&Heng ] needs medication from their master!? I though,the dog called Heng went to Hanoi to ask their master back its land!? Wow!
