HCM CITY — President of the Cambodian National Assembly, Samdech Akka
Moha Phonhea Chakrei Heng Samrin, arrived in HCM City yesterday,
starting an official six-day visit to Viet Nam at the invitation of his
Vietnamese counterpart, Nguyen Sinh Hung.
The Cambodian legislator is accompanied by Cheam
Yeap, chairman of the Commission of Economy, Finance, Banking and Audit
and the president of the Cambodian Group at the ASEAN
Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA); and Chheang Vun, chairman of the
Commission for External Relations and International Co-operation.
Heng Samrin was received by the Secretary of the city's Party Committee, Le Thanh Hai.
The two sides were pleased with achievements
gained by their two peoples, and talked over further co-operation
between HCM City and Phnom Penh and other localities.
HCM City and Phnom Penh have expanded ties in health care, agriculture, trade and education in recent years.
HCM City's enterprises have invested in about 35
projects in Cambodia worth a total of US$200 million. The most notable
is the 500-bed Cho Ray-Phnom Penh Hospital, scheduled to be put into use
by the middle of next year. — VNS

Believe me or not our motherland is a pretty well nation that is the reason why most super-power country between those two blocks, Eastern and Western, are generally wanted her so bad. Unfortunately, Hanoi/Siam, ours neighbor, they actually have an eager both of them to swallow us the whole thing in every time. But, Youn is the worst one[Flip-Flop] amongst the Asian Country. That is why today Youn/Siam never want to have a peace for Khmer (et-al) , but they do bring more trouble double and triple to Khmer every day to cause a huge of obfuscation and hatred Khmer from one another.
e.g. Looking seriously in some cases occurred in recent of the following day,week,month,year are never ended- up at all such as – the protesters at Svay Riegn’s Provincial,Boeung Kok villagers, Mr. Chutt Vuthy’s case, The thirteen women of Boeing Kok imprisoned just get released after the intervene by Mrs. Mou Sok Hor, One young girl of many protesters in Kratie’s Provincial, Mr. Soung Sophorn and Mr.Rong Pagna, etc. - are all the innocent victimized.
Typically, this matter we should judge it and blamed to ourselves first. I would concern to all Khmer leaders who have been responsible just the sake of the country from one generation to others because they did in charge in that era. Then, in the end we could reprimand our neighbor countries as well. It the simple fact is right there.
Once again the current CPP’s government today is acting so well only on their own citizen but also not with the foreigners,YOUN/SIAM,. And today they proclaimed they have had prosperity in every field. You believe it. Won’t you? Of course, I realized that they were so happily just a few hundred of their clans, cronies, nepotism, their autocratic their tyranny, and their kleptocratics, etc. Let me say something as like this but you figure it out based on your knowledge and plus some of experience that you would have to have realized that is the factual or not…
For me all the events that have happened in Cambodia were being designed and propped-up by Hanoi only because of their aspiration to have Khmer living under their confederation, which is supervised by themselves. However, they still push Khmer to the corner to become a minority ethnic s’ group in their future’s conceivable.
In a short run if Hun Sen were to know play the (4) cards games instead of (3) cards that He would be all right by choose China and U.S as a Khmer boss rather than kept getting along with his old boss/Youn ,because China is eying on khmer every time , too. More than that China doesn’t want any Asian Country,eventually,Youn also want to have some control a Scarborough Shoal on China Sea. So, is a mainly scenario confrontation in there. Brother! This is my prediction if Hun S were dead later on, He would probably be killed by Hanoi not by Khmer. That is the only time can tell that only when he changes his direction to China. Anyway if he be lucky enough China ,will protect him very well.

You're absolutely correct on most of the comments on this Khmer&Yuon issues my friend,I appropriate imput a lots.Yes you're right,if Yuon know that they can no long use Hun Zen Yuon will get rid of him.If Hun Zen is lucky, Hun Zen should ask China or American for protection just on case.If Hun zen aware of that he should stay ahead of the game!!!
