PHNOM PENH, 7 June 2012 (Cambodia Herald) - Defense Minister Tea Banh said Thursday
that a meeting between Cambodian and Thai defense officials had been
postponed to late June because of internal Thai problems.
He said the meeting, initially planned for early June, was to implement a ruling by the International Court of Justice for a temporary troop withdrawal from Preah Vihear temple.
"We invited them to meet in Phnom Penh, but they said this and that, and our meeting has been delayed until the end of this month," Tea Banh said. "We haven’t yet received any clear response about the date they will come."

Classic case of delay tactics. Come on, Cambodian leadership don't see this?
A delaying tactic, but also wanted to tell the world that Thailand is interested in resolving the issues, so no need to go to ICJ. Hun Sen is too dumb to see this dirty Thai trick.
Gentlemen, high educated top UN leaders will not be fooled by this Thai tactics, they knew political maneuver inside out. Don't worry. Thai knew that the longer they delay implementing ICJ orders the more damaging their creditbilities at UN Security Councils & ICJ. Thai had many powerful forces within their military and civilian government that had no intention of ever leaving Preah Vihear areas. They knew the minute they leave, they will lost this stolen land forever. This areas belong to Cambodia by legal border treaties with Siam Kings. Right now Thai is arms twisting their own to follow the ICJ orders. Thai also hoping for a small hopes that Khmers slip up and given Thai some chances. Thai also hoping for Khmer troops to start a fight and they can tell the ICJ that the situation are not security stable enough to implement ICJ orders. WATCH OUT FOR ANOTHER LARGE FIGHTS.

we, khmer, needs to stay strong, stand firm, courages,

Icj is very careful in this situation,the Icj is responsible for the war if Icj reward this piece of khmers land to Siam.Siam knew that they have no case against Khmer,because Preah Vihea is belong to khmers,our Khmer ancestor built it.There were many more that Siam stole from Khmer like Surin state was also belong to Khmer.
Siam,trying steal Khmer ancestor land will be war break out and i will joint the fight....

My Khmer brother above I understand and appreciates your love for Cambodia. Please let work and pray to god that will grand the ICJ judges to give justices where justices is due. In this case grand us Khmers justices. We must worked toward peaceful solution no matter how hard or how long it take. I like many Khmers are losing patient with this ungrateful refugees from Southern China. War is very bad for us, we just got off the 30 years of hell. If these Siam thieves pushes us we will unleashes savage war on them. They had not taste the real war yet. We knew and already taste it. Khmer had less armaments but we had courages, more experiences, determination to survive, we are very angry.
Khmer in Cambodia and Khmer Krom suffered and have sacrificed their life for about a haft century to protect our identity as Khmer and protect the country Cambodia in life.
But Khmer live in Thailand never sacrifice for something or protect their own identity, language and culture (not Khmer but everything called Thai) or for their own right as Khmer live on their own ancestor territorial.
Maybe now is the right time for the Khmer live on the territorial so called (Thai-land) Thai is a minority ethnic and Land a derive word from Caucasian "German or English" as country.
War with Thai would be bad or maybe good for all the Khmer people around the world and our country Cambodia.
