Hun Sen’s nephew returns from three-week visit to Australia
PHNOM PENH, 22 June 2012 (Cambodia Herald) - Prime Minister Hun Sen’s nephew returned Friday from a three-week visit to Australia during which he met with authorities to discuss a defamatory newspaper report, an official said.

news conference that the Australian Embassy in Phnom Penh had issued Hun
To with a one-year visa.
He said Hun To had hired two lawyers,
including an Australian, who were collecting documents and considering
whether to sue The Age newspaper, part of the troubled Fairfax group.

Why the government official like Phay Siphan is using his position and paid time to come to the airport and held a press conference, paid by the government, to defend an individual? Hun To is not the PM. Even if Hun Sen as a PM can't use state resource to defend his own court case. It is a private affair, not state affair, so even if he is a PM he still have to use his own money, defense lawyers to defend his case. The way Phay Siphan is doing now is using state money and resources to defend Hun To who has no position inside the government whatsoever. Shame on oyu, Phay Siphan!
