Cambodian People’s Party lawmaker Seang Nam, who was observing the roadworks on Saturday, said the project started on May 22 and that 5,000 meters had been completed so far.
The gravel road is seven meters wide and is on the route used by people in the commune to access the local market.

Its about time that the Thiev like Bai saj reatrey (witch of the night) spent money for public use(road) that money is stolen from poor khmers anyway...Red Cross like her is stealing from the poor giving to the rich,on other hand Associate with the Rich,ripped off the poor.Spirit of the death will put a course on this Robber Hood's family 4ever.....
