PHNOM PENH, 3 June 2012 (Cambodia Herald) - The ruling Cambodian People's Party won
control of 12 of the 13 commune councils in the town of Siem Reap in
Sunday's election, a party source said.
The source said control of the remaining council went to the opposition Sam Rainsy Party.
