Cambodia says case closed in killing of activist [Is it murder or suicide?]

Updated Friday, April 27, 2012

PHNOM PENH, Cambodia (AP) — Cambodian military police say there will likely be no further investigation into the shooting death of a prominent environmentalist because the officer who shot him then took his own life.
Military police spokesman Kheng Tito says In Ratana shot Chut Wutty, the director of the National Resources Protection Group, after the two men argued fiercely Thursday, then fatally shot himself when he learned his victim was dead.

Picture of the dead cop, In Ratana, said to be killed by Chut Wutty, killed by his own bouncing bullets and killed by himself in a suicide.

Kheng Tito had earlier said Chut Wutty shot the officer, although it was unclear who fired first. He said Friday that the case would be closed and that further investigation was unlikely because the perpetrator had died.
Human rights and environmental groups have called for a probe into the killing of Chut Wutty, who was investigating illegal logging with two journalists.

Note: Tito also said that the policeman, In Ratana, was killed by his own bullets when he shot Chut Wutty and the bullets hit Wutty's car, bounced back and killed himself instantly. So, which version is the truth: The dead Wutty killed the policeman, the dead policeman killed himself or the blind bullets were so accurate and precise in killing its owner when they bounced back?

Kheng Tito is the f**king liar and his report is really bullshit, not telling the truth.

There were the real killers behind the double murders. The real CPP high ranking killers have been covering up.

The investigation is not done yet.

Mr. Chut Wutty and the police who were just doing their jobs to protect forest from illegal loggers until the perpetrators of CPP were behind the killing of these two victims.

What a trick of CPP high ranking members have been doing to lie their bloody shoots at two victims.

We could hear new version of event in the coming days, story changing by the day. I believe someone ordered In Ratana to kill Wutty then In Ratana himself was killed by some policemen to cover up.

First they said the bullet ricocheted and took his own life and now they ruled it's a suicide. it's creating more suspicions now. it could be a covering up story by the high ranking official who order the killing of Chut Wutty

I believed there's someone is a BIG BIG SHOT behind his killing...probably RCAF's commander, must be a big guy was behind wutty's killing...

OK, let's stop speculating and take a deep breath. We know there were two journalists accompanying the victim/activist. They were the eye witnesses of the tragedy. Where are these journalists now? Can the court summon them for questioning to find out what really happend?

They used In Ratana for scapegoat,Cpp were behind killing these two victims,In Ratana is victimized by Cpp game of death/GREEDS/ corruptions. In Ratana, did not kill himself.Ask yourself, how in the HELL,he shot himself on the stomach and still can manage to shoot himself in the chest, with the same A.K-47?

Ask yourself why In Ratana committed suicide?
The answer is In Ratana did not committed suicide,Cpp killed him because In Ratana was
witness and knew who was behind the killing of Mr;Chut Vuthy.

By killing Ratana the evidence was gone with him,Cpp can blames anyone they want,or says anything they want.

In Ratana's families should sue the Cpp for
wrongful death of ask to compensation, emotionaly distress.
