Khmerization: When did you become infringement some professional photographer, his work and discredited him? Personally I knew the person who took this photo during his trip to Cambodia. When you stated "The scene of one of seven accidents in Pursat province during the Khmer New Year." using his two years old photo without his permission and removed his signature that is wrong.
I believed his will allow all Khmer to use his photo just ask and give him some credit.
Now I feel everything Khmerization report is not true and using someone else.
look at his work here:

I did not edit anything and DAP News posted this picture with an article about an accident in Pursat province during the Khmer New Year. I will now remove this photo and replace it with another one from DAP News. Thanks for letting me know about the origin of the photo.
A lot of driver in camboidia do not take driver test or written road test, I spoke to some people they told me....Just drive?
Needs to obey traffic's laws in order eliminates this type of accident. The laws enforcement must stop those who drink and drive...fine them with heavy price and jail all whose are violators...The revenue collects must put in govt treasury to pay for traffic polices..
