It would be very difficult, if not impossible
for CPP officials to NEGOCIATE with their heavy
handed Hanoi Masters, in favor of us Khmers.

10:16 AM, "Kompoup Tae Ong" means "spilling my boss's tea". In around 1821, during the construction Vinh Te Dam in Kampuchea Krom, the Vietnamese guards arrested 3 Cambodian workers who rebelled against them. They dug three deep holes in a triangle and put the three Khmers in the holes up to their necks. They used the 3 heads of the Khmers as a tripod to cook the Viet masters' tea. When the Khmers feel too hot, the 3 they moved their heads and the Viet said "be careful or it will spill my master's tea" ( Prayat kompoup te ong". This event is a painful memory for all Khmers, especially the Khmer Krom.
