Two Cambodians killed by Thai soldiers, another injured

Published: 20-Feb-12

PHNOM PENH (Cambodia Herald) - Two Cambodian men have been killed and another injured by bullets shot by Thai soldiers, a high-ranking military official said Monday.

Ty Sokha, Cambodian-Thai border communications officer, said the incident took place last Saturday when 12 Cambodian men entered Thailand for logging.

He added that Thai authorities handed over the bodies of the two victims and the injured person on Monday.

Cambodia has frequently asked Thailand to refrain from shooting Cambodians who enter the country illegally, saying that they should be put on trial instead of being killed.

Hey don't start blaming Royal Cambodian border guards. These Khmers fool that think money worth more than their lives. I am sick and tired of hearing fucking Siam troops killed Khmer peoples.

A lot of peoples in Cambodia value wealth money more than precious human lives. These peoples knew that if you go any where near Thai and Khmer border there is a good chance you will get serious injured or killed either by Thai criminal Army or landmines.

I hate to say it but these Khmers that got hurt or killed deserv it, because they don't value their own lives why do I shorten my life by stressful mad at the Thai heartless criminal soldiers.

Hun's tribal state.

7 million hectares of farmland sold as land concession for their relatives and cronies for peanut price of 10 millions US dollars per year.1 hectare is $ 1.43 per year?,that is joking isn't it?.Can simple farmer buy this concession land?. Answer: No.

This concession land policy hear is taking all the livelihood of ordinary farmers in Cambodia as a whole. So far, 250,000 people have been evicted from their lands because of this policy.

Most rural farmers are living on the average income of 1-2 US dollars per day.As a result hundred of poverty, thousand of our people are leaving for the slavery jobs in Thailand,Malaysia and other countries for peanut incomes. Many of those,as you have seen were raped , murdered or abused by their employers. This is national tragedy that directly cause by Hun's stupid politics.

For the killing of many loggers every year,It is totally wrong and totally against the UN charters of human right.Although, many loggers were found in Thai soil, with enough evidences of cutting trees ,those loggers are still protected by law that they should have their right for proper trial by proper court procedures or protocols, before proving guilty.

I am sad by those who lost their lives,we Khmer never had problem like that before. I also condemn those Thai murderers, who so cruel. I see them like monkeys that will never evolve as civilized human being with morals, understanding or empathy.

What I find so frustrating is that the CPP or Hun himself has turn blind eyes on all of this cases.Isn't it clear that Hun has no interest in protecting his people, who got in trouble by his politics.

please do some justice for Khmer people.

We must try hard to free our people from this cruel Hun and his tribal state.

A thousand miles journey begin with the first step.

22 February 2012 12:41 AM,

Thank you for sharing. Can we all Khmer people, Chinese-Khmer, Cham-Khmer, Vietnamese-Khmer, Western-Khmer, etc, together kill this junky Hun Sen and destroy his worthless family members and cronies who are thieves? We do this for all Khmer people and Khmer nation and get rid of Communist CPP. Yes, we are so frustrated, too. We can't stand this.

We are with you, True Khmer.
