PHNOM PENH (Cambodia Herald) – The German-Cambodian Cultural Center announced plans to hold an international film festival in Phnom Penh on Saturday.
Audiences and Cambodian film makers will be able to discuss and exchange experiences with foreign film makers, a statement said.
Seats are free for Cambodian film makers and students who have identity cards.
