Is this proposed meeting initiated by the Viet's gov't, only for their main goal, hopefully to counter any resistance to the Chinese's taking over most of the maritime in the South/East China Sea. I don't know, the reality of that, maybe I just always have doubts with the Vietnamese, I never trust them, I never like them, and I never will. Or maybe the meeting is sincere and having benefits to all ASEAN countries.
Since, Cambodia will be Chair-ASEAN in the next term, the Vietnamese government already offered various assistance to the Cambodian government.
