PHNOM PENH, Nov 28 - The Phnom Penh Court on Monday sentenced a government official to a jail term of four and a half years and a cousin of Prime Minister Hun Sen, Mrs. Dy Prim, to a term of two and a half years for falsifying government documents.

Seng Yean, vice director of the inspection department at the Ministry of National Assembly and Senate Relations and Inspection, and land broker Dy Prim did not appear in court.

The government official was found guilty of falsifying government documents to get a piece of land in Phnom Penh for Dy Prim in exchange for USD 200,000.
