Minister of Foreign Affairs Vuk Jeremić met today in Cambodia with Cambodian Minister of Foreign Affairs Hor Namhong and Minister of Defence Tea Ban and discussed bilateral relations and improvement of economic cooperation.
The talks confirmed Cambodia's principled support for Serbia's sovereignity and territorial integrity, and visits on an expert level to assess the possibility of cooperation in agriculture and military industry were arranged.
Next year Cambodia will preside over the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), an international organisation gathering ten countries and a 600 million people market.
Cambodia is also a leading candidate for Asia's representative on the UN Security Council, reads the Ministry statement.
