He needs to be careful to litigate the government officers. It could let to counter sue. The chance of he winning the law suit is very slim. He needs to move slowly, to thinks twice before any action, and don’t jump the gun.
Also I am concerned that he might be assassinated. They control the court and the laws, it is easy for them to counter sue him and win easily because Cambodian courts are kangaroo courts, not real courts. However, someone has to show them that violence and injustice has to be challenged and stopped through the legal system.
