AKP Phnom Penh, September 7, 2011 –H.E Sok Chenda (pictured), the Council for Development of Cambodia’s Secretary General yesterday met 30 Japanese investors.
In the meeting H.E. Sok Chenda told the Japanese guests about the business and investment opportunities in Cambodia.
The priority investment opportunities in Cambodia are agriculture, agro-industry, infrastructure, tourism, human development, and mineral resources, he said.
In the first semester of the year there are around 10 Japanese companies has been investing in Cambodia, he said.
In the first seven month of this year, Cambodia attracted US$ 5.5 billion increased from US$ 1.37 billion in the same period in previous year.
