Not a lot of Khmer women or general population for that matter having time and determination to gather together for discussion of Khmer national policies. And whence, in once in a while they travel to a meeting for that mere purpose, heck, their transportation buses are generally lacked of registration documents!
Later this year CPP will empower Democracy by providing free and safe transportation for their members to a meeting with non state-owned vehicles and none of any awaiting door prizes!!
Cambodians seem already get familiar with the 'not quite soothing' sound of the word Democracy in Khmer own lingua franca "Praw Jea The Bat' Dey" !!!
