Appeal for Funding Support for Mr. Suong Sophorn

Dear Friends and Colleagues;

In light of the recent police brutality against Mr. Suong Sophorn, one of the victims of forced eviction, we are appealing to all Khmer sympathizers across the world to compassionately support this urgent fundraising effort in order to help offset the cost of Mr. Suong's medical expenses as he is fighting to recover from a severe head injury.

For all local SRP leaders in North America, please talk to your colleagues and supporters. Fund can be sent directly to the front through MP. Mu Sochua or MP Son Chhay designated to Mr. Suong Sophorn. Kindly send us a note of the amount collected and sent out so we can keep a record of our contribution from SRP-NA.

Together we can make a difference for the life of Mr. Suong. We wish him a speedy recovery during this critical time of his life.

I remain,

Truly Yours,

Pretty Ma, SG
Sam Rainsy of North America

Dear Tha,

People are donating on a daily basis by going to sochua.wordpress.com and click the button DONATE.

It goes to Paypal and straight to my account.

I respond directly to each donor after paypal informs me of donation received.

I will tally at the end of the week.

I am now up North of Battambang to get people to register to vote.

Again, thank you for your generosity.

Mu Sochua, MP
