Tourists Visit Cambodia through Thai-Cambodia Border Gate Increases
AKP Phnom Penh, August 24, 2011 –The number of foreign tourists visiting Cambodia through the Thai-Cambodian Border Gate of Poipet is increasing gradually after the situation on the Thai- Cambodian border return to normal after the formation of the Thai new government, according to an official of the immigration police.
From 1,400 to 1,500 tourists a day visited Cambodia through the border gate of Poipet, said Sao Bunrith, chief of the immigration police stationed at the border gate, said recently.
