This is getting crazily wild for Cambodia. China, America, England, France, and now Russia. The big players of United Nations Security Councils appear to put Cambodia on a spotlight. They are all showing great interest in Cambodia. Not too long ago, England plans to invest $2 billions in Cambodia, prior to that France president showed great interest in co-operation with Cambodian government when he visited Cambodia. Now American military in visiting Cambodia more and more. In a few weeks or so, the Russian Navy will visit Cambodia. This is historical. What is going on? Why is Cambodia all of the sudden getting so much attention. It's great but why now? Is there something about Cambodia that is more then usual politic, economic, and military? This is very unusual.

I agree with you, this is very unusual issues. PM Hun Sen needs to think it twice before he has to sign any agreement with them.
