sound like ASEAN slept on the issue and now it woke up and wanted both countries to send the agreement. Why didnt they tell them before? ICJ already gave the greenlight for ASEAN to take the leadership in facilitating the dispute but ASEAN lacks of leadership under Dr. Marty never pursue or propose any solution but rather wait for the two countries to kill each other first. Both Thailand and Cambodia probably could solve the problem on their own but they respect the ASEAN and probably wants to save ASEAN face. I haven't seen ASEAN plays any role at all thus far? ASEAN is became the paper pusher rather real solution seeker or proactive leader. Shame on Indonesia leadership.
Not going to happen! Thailand would not allow.
