Cambodia wants peace; we only want to promote eonomic not war with our neighbors. We seen enough human sufferings. Cambodia and Maylasia would like to open up factory to develop weapons so that we can sell to outside globally. We alway bought old guns from outsider; it time for us to be independence in this area. We have to start producing these equipments for economic development

Cambodia needs to manufacture its own military hardware. Malaysia and China should help Cambodia develop factories to create military equipments. It a win win situation because Cambodia has the labor force.

11:18AM, don't be a smartass. let not get ahead of yourself. Don't try to sound like a militant. Cambodia do not have nuclear submarine or do Cambodia desire to arm herself to the teeth. Malaysia and Cambodia in military cooperation was just a good gesture to boost regional friendships between ASEAN neighbors.
