Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has send a diplomatic note to Thailand to protest over the violations of Cambodian airspace by Thai fighter jets three days consecutively over three Cambodian districts in Banteay Meanchey province. The violations happened as the International Court of Justice is deliberating on Cambodia's complaint against Thailand's aggression over Cambodian territory and sovereignty. We have to prepare and ready just in case The Thai wants to back it claim by force The Thai not going without putting a fight if they lost at the ICJ. We can't afford to lost the war with Thai on the 21th century.
Cambodia arms Forces must scouting the Chinese an Russian or the friendly countries for its anti aircraft capability to shoot down Thai aircraft beyond visual range.the missiles that are capable of hitting Thai planes without them getting close .Such missiles become very potent when linked with airborne early warning and control systems that provide Thai aircraft beyond visual range.
The specifications for the missiles, must have a high-accuracy, precision strike weapon to avoid collateral damage. With a guidance system for both its midcourse and terminal stages after being launched, the missile will be a day-and-night weapon with all-weather operational capability.
Anti-aircraft missiles, which are fired from beyond visual range, deter the Thai fighter jets to remain out of the offensive range of Cambodia army position.
We also prepare for the Thai assault by sea, anti-ship missiles must on hand and the good radar system must in place.
A ground-based training simulator along with multi-media training packages, dummy training missiles, captive training missile pods and storage-cum-maintenance infrastructure also form part of the system .
The PHL03, multiple launch rocket system is a Chinese version of the Russian BM-30 Smerch is more suited for Cambodia arms forces. Currently it is one of the most powerful artillery rocket systems in the world and it could changed the war and less casualty for Cambodia.

The PHL03 has 12 tubes for 300-mm rockets. The standard rocket weights around 800 kg. Some sources claim that it's maximum firing range is 150 km, however it is most likely to be up to 100 km. Currently Thailand have the older version has only 4 tubes it could be loaded with chemical warhead.

Who the hell in the foreign ministry wrote this letter to the stupid Siam embassy ? Do we Khmer need to kiss Thai butt this way? The introductory part of this note make me sick to the stomack. I reached for my dictionary just to make sure I'm not misunderstanding the word compliment. And here its meaning:

Hun Sen, you need to shake up your Foreign Affairs ministry if you still want my support. As a Khmer I can not be this cheap.
I agreed with the comment above. We just need to be straight forward with them that further violation will be shot down period. This is final warning and next time prepare to bring body bag, bring many body bags.
Khmer has the support from China and Russia; it should try to aquire missile to shoot down any air craft.
Why complaint to Thailand? Just shoot the fucken plane down...man! How many time that Thailand has done this shit already?? Don't we have something to shoot the damn plane down? We should blame ourselves Siem do their homework they know in those place there aren't any SAM to shoot their jets down just let them overestimate themselves one day they will run to real McCoy .

Agree. Just shoot the damn planes down. If Cambodians trespass into Thai territory they will be killed by Thai soldiers. Now, the damn Thai planes violated our airspace and sovereignty so we have the right to shoot them down.
