The Thai humiliation in 1962, when it lost the ICJ case against Cambodia, and the fear that that humiliation might at any moment be repeated, was the dominant emotions in the hearts of the Thai people during the month leading to ICJ clarification request by Cambodia. This scenario has caused Thailand to panic which led it to concoct and fabricate the espionage charge against a Cambodian citizen.
In 2009, a young Cambodian was reportedly shot and burned alive by Thai soldier. At the time, the Thai Foreign Ministry has maintained that that cruel incident never happened. The barbarian Thais have always defended their barbaric acts.The human life is a precious thing, and that taking it away from someone by force is a bad thing, let alone as cruel as burning someone alive.
