SAMUT PRAKAN : A Cambodian worker at a private company has committed suicide due to financial- and health-related problems, his wife said.
The 32-year-old man, identified only as Dhevin, was found hanging from the rafters of a toilet at Euro Plan Co in Bang Phli district yesterday about 9am.The man died a few hours before his colleagues found him, police said.
Jin Bon, 25, Dhevin's wife, told police her husband went to hospital yesterday and was told he had a stomach illness and treatment would cost 50,000 baht. He may have felt depressed at not having the money and killed himself, she said.
