Cambodian 'spies' are just the scapegoats for Thailand's military incapability

Cambodia is not in the stone age as Thailand would have thought. In this 21st century, Cambodia has friendly countries as friends that can supply Cambodia with more sophisticated technology and more advanced weapons and spy tools which have gotten more powerful and even more deadly within the last couple decades. Thailand will not believe it, but Cambodia does not have to send a human spy to spy on Thai army base in such a dangerous way .

When Cambodia needs to spy deep behind the enemy lines to collect counter-intelligence or to locate Thai army base, so that they can be targeted and eliminated as a threat, Cambodia will probably use satellite or the other methods rather than use human spies or dog spies like Thailand has done against Cambodia recently.

Thailand has underestimated Cambodia's military capability. This can be dangerous and deadly for Thailand. And when Thailand lost in the battlefield, Thailand always find a scapegoat to blame just like when Thailand lost the Preah Vihear temple case in 1962 Thailand blamed French-made map and now Cambodian rockets hit Thai army base accurately, Thai leaders blamed the spies by arresting any Cambodians living and working inside Thailand. The blame game is just the start and may endanger innocent civilians across both sides of the borders because of the desperation of the Thai army.

I quite agree with your post herein.

A few foreign analysts that if Thailand starts war wih Cambodia. Thai will win war against Cambodia so Thai-themselves boast themselves that they will win war... But I warn all ignorant Thai armies and all Thai people that you are totally wrong. Only one bomd can destroy the whole Thailand with modern weapons. 200 years ago, yes, THai could win war over Cambodia-but not today!

Suppose Cambodia have images of the eyes from the sky above pass over every spot on the face of the Earth twice a day and traveling at mach 25, grabbing digital snapshots of places that Cambodia want to see. From Thai air fields and Thai military base, the spy satellites provide a steady stream of images, spy satellites have roamed the skies 100 miles above the Earth. They’ve become increasingly powerful over the years .

Over the past years, digital data has permitted, intelligence to combine visible light imagery with other imagery to make a two-dimensional image multidimensional. Perhaps more importantly, that digital imagery can be transmitted for use around the Cambodia army intelligence.

Possible Cambodia can monitor Thai army communication and pin point the Thai army location by GPS Get the targets latitude and longitude by SMS or GPRS, and check position on google earth and auto report position.God know what in the 21th century the technology are so advance and so affordable .

The latest in advanced satellite spy equipmentfor tracking location via globals positioning system just got better. There must be a dozen existing ways of reliably determining where is Thai army station, and very cost effective.

The use of human spy is out dated and only the stone age Thailand are still using today.

Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva yesterday said Cambodian authorities had tried to contact Thailand to secure the release of the three men.[some body needed to explain to Abbisit, consulate offices are there to help their nationals, guilty or innocent. It is not an admission guilt.] when 7 Thai citizens arrested last year abhisit himself contacted PM Hun Sen it meant Abhisit admitted the quilt of the 7 Thais.

Thai government insists it has solid evidence to present to the international community concerning Cambodia's alleged spying along the border.[it was a premeditated arrested those three men haven't have their day in court and Thai PM jump and down about guilty verdict and all the evidences may be fabricated ].

International Treaty known as the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations (VCCR) which was first formed in Vienna on April 24, 1963. The obligations of consular notification and access apply to citizens in foreign countries. to ensure that they are treated in a manner consistent with these instructions.

therefore particularly important that Thailand , and local Thai government officials in the Thailand comply with these obligations with respect to foreign nationals in Thailand.

o Note: ALL foreign nationals are entitled to consular notification and
access, regardless of their status.

Therefore the visiting and requested for release of Cambodian national from Thai custody is within the right of International Treaty .
