Would you have known about the recent discovery of Khao Khlang Nak temple (Pyramid of the Great Man (neak khlang). It is I think a pre-Angkorian Khmer Pyramid recently discovered by the Thai Fine Art Department in Sri Thep district, Phetchabun Province, Thailand: Bora Touch

I doubt Thailand would acknowledge that Khland Nak temple was built by Pre-Angkorian Khmer. Thailand would try to make its own fact around what it has recently discovered. There are hundreds of Khmer temples scattered throughout eastern part of Thailand but Khmer/Cambodia never get recognition for what Thailand had inherited through centuries of invasion of Khmer territory.
9:25 PM, you are exactly right about Thai attitude toward our ancestry heritage.
Even if Thais acknowledged that those temples were built by Khmers they still deny us that we are not the real Khmer descendants.
Mr.Bora Touch is correct about the period of this laterite pyramid temple which was built by pre-Angkorian Khmer.I only have a slight different opinion about its name that I base upon the etymology of the word Khlang.

The Thai write it as "เขาคลังนอก" (Khao Klang Nork). If we translate from the Thai language, the name of the temple would means "the mountain of outside warehouse/treasury".เขา (khao)= mountain, คลัง (klang or Kleang in Khmer)= warehouse/treasury and นอก (nork)= outside.
