WAM Ras al-Khaimah, H. H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras al-Khaimah received here today in the presence of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras al-Khaimah, Cambodian Tourist Minister Dr Thong Khon (pictured), Acting Minister for Economic and Investment Affairs in Cambodia Soth Sambathand and the delegation accompanying them.
During the meeting Sheikh Saud welcomed the visitors, hoping the visit would contribute to wider exploration of investment opportunities, and boosting joint trade and investment cooperation ties between the two countries.
For his part, the Cambodian Tourist Minister stressed that his country was hoping to further develop the friendship relations with the UAE in different fields, especially in the economic and tourism areas. He added that the visit comes within the framework of expertise exchange and exploration of the investment and tourism opportunities enjoyed by the UAE, hoping that launching of direct flight route between the two countries could boost the tourism exchange.
