Chavanont Intarakomalyasut, secretary to Foreign Minister Kasit Piromya, will leave for Indonesia on Wednesday, April 6, to prepare for the Thai-Cambodian Joint Boundary Committee (JBC) meeting in Bogor on April 7-8.
He will be accompanied by Asda Jayanam, the Thai chairman of the JBC, and other officials.
Mr Chavanont said the JBC meeting would be held as scheduled, even though the Thai parliament postponed consideration of the minutes of three previous JBC meetings.
The minutes of the three JBC meetings are not about the re-demarcation of the border, he added.
