(VOV) - The Vietnamese Residents Association in Cambodia has held its first congress in Phnom Penh to review activities and elect an executive board for the 2011-2015 term.
Present at the opening ceremony on March 6 were Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia Le Anh Dung, Cambodian Minister of Cult and Religion Min Khin, diplomats and 250 representatives from the Vietnamese community in Cambodia.
The association’s chairman Chau Van Chi said the congress was held in the context of growing relations between Vietnam and Cambodia in various fields, including politics, economics and trade. The two countries’ traditional friendship and effective cooperation have contributed to strengthening the unity bloc of the Vietnamese community in Cambodia, he added.
Since its establishment in 2003, the association, with more than 5,700 members, has helped the Vietnamese community in Cambodia improve their living standards, both materially and spiritually.
The association has closely worked with Cambodian agencies and authorities at all levels to protect the legitimate rights of Vietnamese people in Cambodia.

These Vietnamese dogs who came to Cambodia illegally had somehow earned themselves rights and privileges as first class citizens. All thanks to Ah Qwak Hun Sen for being a dog of Hanoi. While Vietnamese dogs living freely in Cambodia, Khmer living in south Vietnam(once Khmer territory) are facing force assimilation of their identity, culture, language, religion, etc. That goes to prove that Ah Qwak Hun Sen is not Khmer, he's Youn(Vietnamese).
The future look very dangerous for our Cambodian people and country as a whole, they even have the association to monitor the Cambodian authorities at all to ensure the rights of the Yuon in Cambodia. Our own Cambodian people do not even have any association to monitor and protect the legitimate rights as the native of Khmer, and their rights being abused everyday by their own authorities and government. Yuon is starting to lead our country, we will be in hell soon.
As long as Ah Qwak Hun Sen is in charge. Youn will enjoy rights and privileges to be first class citizens in Cambodia. This is why Hanoi wants Ah Qwak to be in power until he dies. He serves Hanoi well. The longer Ah Qwak in power, the longer Hanoi able to dictate Ah Qwak how to run Cambodia and the good treatment of Youn in Cambodia. It is very shameful for Ah Qwak to be so blinded of the seriousness of Youn disease that is infecting Cambodia. Without any cure, Youn disease will eventually kill Cambodia. Ah Qwak has total control of this situation. Youn disease will be eradicated if Ah Qwak chose to do something about it.
Khmer Krom living in Vietnam have been persecuted and suppressed by Vietnamese authority, while Vietnamese living in Cambodia enjoyed freedom and protection from the highest Cambodian authority. How unfair!
