I wonder UN still taken side toward Thailand? After all the evidents we have show them, proved to them that Thailand started this war first! All of these evidents should be enough to prosecute Thailand with war crimes against cambodian..

4:19 AM, where did you get this information? if it is proven that thailand has used the banned cluster bombs and chemical weapons, that's against international laws and thai leaders will be tried with war crimes. certainly there are evidences of thai troops using excessive advanced weapons in the clashes, destroying pagoda and preah vihear temple in the process. this shows that thais are barbarians and uncivilized.

Thailand twisted the story around by saying that Cambodia was the one who shot artillery shell containing little cluster bombies. Cambodian military isn't that fancy to equipt its artillery shell with little bombs. If Thialand played dirty, maybe Cambodia should also start playing dirty by going back to its mastery of using anti-personnel landmines. Imagine the devestation on Thai troops when taking steps into Cambodia soil to retake Preah Vihear.

Thailand fired an artillery shell contain unknow type of toxic chemical smoke. Thailand had left little reservation when attacking Cambidia in this latest clash. Thailand threw some of the biggest punches on little Cambodia. Thailand had pullout some of the biggest gun and deadliest ammunitions in its military arsenals to suppress Cambodian troops. After the dust settled, Thailand failed its mission to capture Preah Vihear, not to mention had many of its strategic positions pulverized by Cambodian's artillery. This is another battle experiences Cambodia gained from this latest clash with Thailand. It definately sent a clear messege that Cambodia will no longer tolerate Thailand bullying. The harder Thailand push little Cambodia, the harder little Cambodia determine to fight back.

It is sad to see a Cambodian icon such as the prized Preah Vihear temple being damaged and destroyed in such a cruel way by the Thai soldiers. Cambodia should damage and destroye some of their temples and see what they feel about that. This temple, whatever happened between Cambodia and Thailand, should not be touched. It is a sacred place and is the pride of all humanity- including the Thai people.
