While Cambodia had herself busy involving with Thailand, Vietnam is quietly stealing Cambodia's natural resources. Once a thief, always a theif. Vietnam is a creature of opportunity. Since Hun Sen is Hanoi's dog, Vietnamese government can very do what it pleases. I don't see why there aren't Hun Sen's armies to stop the invading Vietnamese from stealing Cambodia's property.
