A LAWYER representing Seng Kunnaka (pictured), a United Nations World Food Programme employee convicted of incitement and jailed for six months, said yesterday his client would appeal against the court’s decision. “We will appeal the conviction to the Appeal Court this week,” Chou Sokheng said. Seng Kunnaka was jailed in a rapid-fire trial on December 18, after he handed out two copies of a web article critical of the government. Jean-Pierre DeMargerie, WFP’s country director, declined to comment yesterday.

Hanoi puppet Hun Sen not just making a threat to all Cambodians, but also making a mockery to all foreign diplomats ,who supposed to be a Cambodian's democracy watched-dogs.
I am sure that this kind of closed eyes of foreign diplomats will allow Cambodian into the hand of tyrant Hanoi puppet, just like in the 80s.
Cambodian road to freedom is a million light years a way.
Freedom is the most essential entity, without it the universe and life itself means nothing.
We have to fight for it, it doesn't matter how much it cost. without it Cambodia will remain dark forever.
You and your children need this freedom.
True Khmer
All foreign diplomats see the true color of the CPP and Hun sen. To jail a World Food Programme staffer for just printing the articles to read is just ridiculous. This show that Hun Sen and his CPP are true dictators.
