Mr. Phay Sophea, a leader of Cambodian Community in America, has challenged Cambodian government leaders to publicly debate with him on the Koh Pich stampede tragedy which killed 351 people and wounded 329 others on 22nd November on Radio Free Asia. His challenge came after he heard remarks by Prime Minister Hun Sen on 29th November and also remarks by Mr. Om Yintieng, who is Deputy Chairman of the Water Festival Organising Committee and Mr. Hun Sen's advisor, on Radio Free Asia.
