Deum Ampil newspaper made a comeback

Deum Ampil newspaper which was published by TV anchorman Soy Sopheap, will make a comeback on 21st December after being shut down for the last 6 months after a dispute with his financial backer.

The publisher, Mr. Soy Sopheap, said Deum Ampil will appear in colour in 4 pages and will be published three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

He said the relaunch of Deum Ampil newspaper will coincide with the 4th anniversary of the publication of the newspaper which began its debut on 19th December 2006. It is also to coincide with the 74th anniversary of the publication of the first Cambodian newspaper, Nagaravatta (Nokor Wat), which was published by Mr. Son Ngoc Than and Pach Chhoeun on 19th December 1936.
