As a Cambodian,I strongly condemn the act of brutality against anyone. I am extremely sad when learning that the violence was first started by a Cambodian woman who is mature against a foreign investor. I happen to believe the story despite the fact that I was not at the scene. Building its society toward a rule of law country, I urge the court to open the investigation and the culprits be brought to trials.
The authority must investigate and punish this family. Any act of violence, whether it is committed against foreigners or Khmers, should not be tolerated.
