INVITATION TO A PRESS CONFERENCE
ON THE BORDER SITUATION
Journalists, observers and all interested persons are invited to attend the following press conference:
TOPICS:
Practical demonstration based on state-of-the-art technology (Geographic Information System) showing that Sam Rainsy was right in his analysis of the border situation.
A concrete experiment will be conducted using a GPS device and a relevant computer program. Through a practical example, the experiment will show the accuracy of measurements made by Sam Rainsy in his two reports available at http://tinyurl.com/yeaoxyf and at http://tinyurl.com/ykbq57f .
The relevance of Sam Rainsy’s conclusions has been reinforced by Professor Régis Caloz from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in his report available at http://tinyurl.com/y8s2ntw .
After the technical demonstration led by a SRP official in Phnom Penh, Sam Rainsy will address the participants and will answer questions from Paris through a teleconference.
