August 29th 2010 - Women's Resource Center Fundraising in Montreal

Dear KI-Media,
I would like to inform you that there will be a fundraising next Sunday in Montreal, Canada in the profit of the Women's Resource Center(WRC) Cambodia, based in Siem Reap.
On August 29th, there will be a charity concert to collect funds for that NGO. The Like Me's band, featuring Laura Mam, and Chhay Sameth will be performing on stage. The event will be streamed live over the Internet via KhmerLive.TV's website (http://www.khmerlive.tv/).

You can watch an interview with the director of the WRC, Ms. Bounty Te, at the following location : http://www.khmerlive.tv/liveevent/20100829_WRC/ She is a 27 years-old girl, born in Cambodia, but raised in Canada since 3 years old. After graduating from University, she dedicates her time to help different NGOs in Cambodia, and is now director of Women's Resource Center Cambodia.
