NAZA Tutti Frutti (M) Sdn Bhd is aiming to penetrate the Indian market by year-end after venturing into Singapore and Cambodia.

Tutti Frutti Trading Sdn Bhd managing director Nur Diana SM Nasimuddin said it is looking for potential sub-master licensee of the personalised yogurt concept in India.

"We are negotiating with several parties in India. We hope to get somebody who is interested in the whole package that we offer," Nur Diana said.

Naza Tutti Frutti, master licensee of the frozen yogurt brand from the US, yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with parties in Singapore and Cambodia to bring the brand there.

"Our expansion to Singapore and Cambodia marks the beginning of our international expansion under a sub-licensing programme," she said after the opening of Tutti Frutti's 8th outlet at Sunway Giza Mall in Kota Damansara.

Also present was Naza group joint chief executive officer SM Nasaruddin SM Nasimuddin.

Naza Tutti Frutti will have two outlets in Singapore this year before adding another five in 2011. It plans to open three in Cambodia.

Nur Diana said Naza Tutti Frutti is on track to operate 20 outlets nationwide including Penang and Johor. Three new outlets will be opened next month.

Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt licensee programme offers entrepreneurs an opportunity to be a part of the fast-growing franchise business.

The programme includes training, corporate identity, guidelines, equipment and inventories.
