Dear All,
My name is Cheymongkol and I am a Khmer Sren (Surin). I would like you to help Mr.Khut Kongkea, a Khmer national age 53 years old. He was in a critical condition at PraNungkhalo Hospital in Nonthaburin province. He fall a victim of ALS which is an incurable disease. Kong Kea has left Cambodia 6 years ago as he told me together with his entire family members to live illegally in Bangkok. He and his entire family collect garbage for sale to survive. His families have no education, and they have to work for cheap just to get money to support the family.
He need a good medication in order to extend his life. He has been admitted without any identification since he is illegal migrant in Thailand. I have also asked him why he has to live in a desperation in Bangkok, he told me that because he was threatened with persecution and therefore he has to fled to Bangkok. Nobody would like to live like a rat for sure.
As a Khmer like him I have support him with cash and rice whenever I am in Bangkok and sometimes in Sren (Surin) when he wants to get a feeling of Cambodia. What else can we do to help him?
I have the picture of his ID of Khmer Nation Party, and his photos when he is now in bed in a Thai hospital. Please find way to help him to get a good medication treatment. Khmers always help Khmer and love Khmer as we always do.
