NexBis (ASX:NBS) has confirmed that it is in working with the Cambodian Government on a $US700 million, 15-year deal.
In an ASX market update responding to a news report about the deal, the national security company added that negotiations were continuing. According to the report, the deal will result in NexBis deploying national security systems in areas such as passport printing and identity card production.
In March, a similar report prompted NexBis to go on the defensive and explain the soundness of the company’s recent investments in security technology companies TrustDefender and UKI (Asia Pacific).
