King Norodom Sihamoni is welcomed by well-wishers upon his arrival at Tokyo’s Haneda Airport for his first state visit to Japan on Sunday. Sihamoni is set to meet with Emperor Akihito, Empress Michiko and Japanese political leaders before returning to Cambodia on Thursday.
