CCHR is bullshit!
I have feelings Ou Virak was sold out! Appointing Kong Sam Onn for the position meaning CCHR is working under CPPs nose. Pathetic!

Fame and fortune corrupt people. Any kinds of opportunists will to surrender themselves to the powerful to gain what they long for. They jump too often from one party to another like the moneys swinging away through the trees. Without a sense of morality and justice all government officials are doomed to failure. It's a plain true that fame and fortune are what matter and morality and justice are a waste of time and breath in a today's society. Some so-called strictly impartial, incorruptible lawers and judges just won't practice what they preach.

I wonder if Kong Sam Onn is true to the principle and democratic values who can stand up the oppression from the CPP and Hun Sen after he had defected to the CPP under coercion. He had sold out his principle and ideals when he abandoned Mrs. Mu Sochua and defected to the CPP under duress. I can understand his position at that time, but I doubt he can do a better job for CCHR now because it will create his conflict of interests as he is serving the party - CPP- that oppresses people and he is now working for the CCHR- the organization that wants to defend and stamp out human rights abuses. Because of this conflict of interests, I don't think he can do his job effectively.
