A 19-year-old student "desperate" for money is selling her virginity in order to pay her university fees.
Using the pseudonym ‘Unigirl’ on Hamilton-based I Need website, the girl is offering her innocence to the highest bidder, the Waikato Times reported.
The girl describes herself as attractive, from the upper North Island, and desperate for money to cover her university fees. She says she is fit, healthy, with a trim physique and no medical conditions of any nature.
'Unigirl' says she has “never had a sexual relationship”, and is still a virgin.

“I am offering my virginity by tender to the highest bidder, as long as all personal safety aspects are observed.”
The ad states that she has made the decision with “full awareness of the circumstances and possible consequences”. Total confidentiality is assured, it says.
Website proprietor Ross McKenzie said the website’s policy was that as long as an ad was legal and did not offend the general standards of society it was “okay”.
