Immigration arrest hundreds of beggars

Whilst making a visit to the Chonburi Immigration Bureau in Jomtien, Major General Sanun Khajornprasart, Deputy Prime Minister, chaired a press conference, where Police Lieutenant General Woot Lippataphunop, Commissioner of Immigration Bureau, announced the arrest of 684 Cambodian beggars and also closing a notorious karaoke club in Banglamung, suspected of human trafficking women from Laos. The operation was in response to a security policy of solving illegal entry into the kingdom.
