Dr.Tith Naranhkiri called Khmerization "ultra-nationalist"

Cambodia Should Look East In Defense of Territorial Integrity

The Cambodian Daily; November 14, 2009

(Comments: What I have been saying for quite sometimes now is finally come out on the naiveté of some pretentious Cambodian with their fake nationalism by going along with Hun Sen's diabolical plan to make Thailand the worst enemy of Cambodia and Vietnam the defender of Cambodia, on the issue of Preah Vihear.

I am happy to see this opinion written by Sam Rainsy in a letter to the editor of the "Cambodian Daily," which I hope will wake up those ultra-nationalist Cambodians such as the Khmerization group, and especially that naïve Kulen Monorom. It is a bit too late, but never too late to be reasonable.

However, I disagreed with Sam Rainsy for destroying the temporary border markers in Svay Rieng province, because, his name has already been soiled by his previous impetuous act with regarding to inciting Cambodians to riot against the Vietnamese living in Cambodia.

However, unlike Mu Sochua who never retreats from her lawsuit against Hun Sen, Sam Rainsy had reversed his decision of suing Hun Sen, once before under pressure for the latter by withdrawing his lawsuit against the Cambodian dictator due to a counter lawsuit and a threat of removing his parliamentary immunity. Sam Rainsy even went so far as to ask for forgiveness from Hun Sen.

Because of his past unreasonable and miscalculated decisions on the Vietnamese issue, Sam Rainsy should concentrate on Hun Sen's misdeeds and oppression, and not on the Vietnamese aggression, because addressing internal problem of corruption and oppression under Hun Sen and his CPP regime, he will earn more support from international community, while also denying Hun Sen the benefit of being the defenders of "innocent" Vietnamese settlers in Cambodia.)

Well, id Dr.Naranhkiri Tith thinks he can do better than Rainsy why he is living in comfort in the U.S? Why not come down to Cambodia, defend Cambodian territorial integrity and face the consequence like Mr. Rainsy.

If he does not agree with Mr. Rainsy for pulling out the border markers, so it means that Dr. Kiri thinks that Vietnam did not encroach on Khmer territories. your rationale doesn't make sense, Doc for both condemning Hun Sen and Rainsy at the same time for doing opposite thing.

I am so proud of Khmerization for being called as ultra-nationalist by Dr.Naranhkiri Tith. In this sense we can understand that the ultra-nationalist way of the Khmer is surely based on reason, analys and facts wihout fasifying issues and provoking the conlicts like Thai Democrats and PAD in Thailand or the CPP´s clan in Cambodia.

In Solidarity

Kolbotkhmer, thanks for your support. I'm privileged to see that my works and opinions caught the attention and the ire of Dr. Naranhkiri.

I hope Dr. Tith will have better ideas than just to call me an "ultra-nationalist".
